According to Hazrat Abdullah Bin Abbas(R.A) Hazrat Muhammad(S.A.W) said; at the day of aashoora if any one will protect any orphan; Allah gives him countless blessings and enhances his steps in the Heaven comparatively with the hair of orphan.(Ganeatultalibeen p.53)
Safe with taking a bath at the day of aashoora:
Hazrat Muhammad(S.A.W) said; who will take the bath at the day of aashoora (10th Muharram) he will never suffer in any disease eept death.(Ganeatultalibeen p. 53)
Forgiveness of the sins at the day of aashoora:
Allah Azawajal said through Hazrat Moosa(A.S) the day of aashoora (10th) is the day of forgiveness.(Faiz-ul-qadir shirah jamialsagir)
Treatment of eyes at the day of aashoora:
According to Hazrat Ibn Abbas(R.A) Hazrat muhammad (S.A.W) said; who will use koal in his eyes at the day of aashoora; he never suffer in any disease of eyes.(shabul-iman volume 3 p.367)
Barak in spending at the day of Aashoora:
According to Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood(R.A) Hazrat Muhammad(S.A.W) said "if any person spends a lot in the food items for the members of his family; Allah Karim gives barak in his food items throughout year. Hazrat sufian sori said; Hazrat Sufian Sori said; through the experiment the result was same.(Mishkat Sharif P.170)
Harat Mahboob Subhani Qutab Rubani:
This is written by Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani in his book Ganeatultalibeen volume 2 page 54 Harat Sufian Sori said,"He eperienced 50 years and found etreme." The same is the case with Harat Jabir (R.A) which is written by Allama Manavi in Fai-ul-Qadir, volume 6 page 236 he experienced and the result was accurate. So, all muslims should make a meal on the large scale at the 10th Muharram. Besides, to ask any body about his ailment is great practice at 10th muharram.(Ganeatultalibeen volume 2 p.54)
Do'st water:
Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) said; at the day of Aashoora who gives water to the people for drinking; so he never disobeyed to God in any time.(Ganeatultalibeen volume 2 p.54)
Fasts:
According to Hazrat Anas(R.A) Hazrat Muhammad(S.A.W) said; the fast of 1st friday of muharram is the source of forgiveness of all previous sins. Besides this, He also said; the fasts of three days(Thursday, Friday,Saturday) are equall to 9 years worship. According to Hazrat Ayesha(R.A) Hazrat Muhammas(S.A.W) sais; the fasts of first 10 days make the owner of heaven.(Nazhatul-majalis volume 1 P.145)

In the Aashoora night 4 rakat nafal prayer in every rakat after sorah Fatiha, Ayatulkursi 1 time and sorah Ikhlas 3 times, after prayer reciet 100 times sorah ikhlas. The person who will offer this prayer; he will get rid of his previous sins and enjoys heavenly blessings.(Jannati zever p.157) Who will offer 4 rakat prayer( in every rakat after sorah Fatiha reciet sorah Ikhlas) Allah Azawajal forgives his previous 50 years sins and incoming 50 years sins and one thousand palaces ready to give him in heaven.
